Believe me we respect our customers’ time and because of it always trying to explain that there is no need to babysit us. The only time we usually need to communicate homeowners is our preliminary planning meetings. Other than that we know what we are doing. We explain our trades exactly what to do and there is no need to “watch” them as well.

We respect our customers’ desire to deliver all the building materials. But we advise them do not do it. Why? Because homeowners do not know exact stages of the renovation process. And it makes actually harder for us to perform properly our direct duties. Contractors know what exactly they need. Moreover contractors have huge discounts on all the supplies, which make it cheaper at the end of the day.

Remodelling and/or renovation process is very inconvenient for the homeowners. Dust after sanding/finishing, smell of glues/adhesives, loud sounds of tools and equipment, lack of water and power supplies – all these make it uncomfortable to be present while renovation/remodelling process.
